Oil & Gas Agreement

Memorandum of Agreement entered on January 22nd, 2008 between Al-Bassam Commercial Services, of Saudi Arabia and SDQ Trading Est., of Bahrain and UCANU Manufacturing Corporation, of Calgary, Canada for establishing a Joint Venture entity for achieving all aspects of operations, technology promotion and business development in the area of Oil & Gas, manufacturing, drilling, general supplies and services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in particular, and the other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

ARAMCO Saudi Arabia Representatives

On Friday June 13, 2008, representatives from ARAMCO Saudi Arabia had a full day visit to Calgary, UCANU Manufacturing Corp. facility. During the day UCANU provided the visitors with a presentation, lunch and a tour of the rig manufacturing facilities. The visit was fruitful and successful.

Joint Venture Agreement

Yousif Al-Bassam, President of AlBassam House Inc. (AHI) Calgary, Canada, is pleased to announce that on May 10, 2008 a joint venture agreement entered between UCANU Manufacturing Corp. (UCANU) Calgary, Canada and Al-Bassam Commercial Services (BCS) of Alkhobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Abdulrahman Yousif Al-Bassam (SDQ Trading Est.) Kingdom of Bahrain for the purpose of establishing a Saudi Arabian entity to manufacture oil & gas drilling rigs, ancillary rig equipment and other oil field equipment for supplying ARAMCO, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates oil & gas companies including others in the GCC countries. The new company is called, ALBASSAM UCANU Co. Ltd. (AUC) and will be headquartered in Alkhobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

AlBassam Ucanu Manufacturing Company Ltd., "AUC" very pleased that Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) has approved and issued AUC/KSA drilling rigs manufacturing facility Industrial License dated January 10, 2010, (24/1/1431H)
